Refund/Cancellation Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your sun catcher or a ready-made piece, return the item within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the cost of the item. Returns on custom work are subject to the cost of materials. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Glass is fragile. We do our best to package and ship each item so that it reaches its destination in perfect condition. However, If your piece arrives broken, please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements for an exchange or refund.

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an item has shipped, the buyer must return the merchandise to obtain a refund.

Shipping Policy:

All purchases will be sent Insured Priority Mail through the US Postal Service based on weight and ship to address. All in-stock items purchased will be shipped within 48 hours. If an item is unavailable for immediate shipping, we will notify you of the delay and the approximate date of shipment.
